Quotes and approval
The diagnostic fee is quoted before we travel. Repair work begins only after you approve a written quote. Extra work found during a repair is quoted separately and needs your approval.
Payment
Payment is due when the repair is finished and tested. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. We don't accept checks.
Work location
You confirm you have the right to have repairs done where the car is parked. We may decline or stop work at a location that is unsafe.
Warranty
Our labor is covered for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. If a repair we did fails in that window, we return and redo the work at no labor charge. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Customer-supplied parts aren't covered. Warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, misuse, or later repairs by others.
Limits
Some problems can't be fixed on site. If that happens, we'll tell you and you'll owe only the diagnostic fee unless you approved other work.
