- Get safe. Hazards on, off the road if you can. Stand away from traffic.
- Call us. Tell us what you heard and saw: clicks, smoke, warning lights.
- Send your spot. Cross streets, a business name, or a map pin.
- Keep the keys. We test, quote, and only start when you say yes.

Usually fixable on the spot
- Dead battery or no-start
- Starter failure, one click and nothing
- Car died with the battery light on
- Overheating in a lot or driveway
- Grinding brakes
- Flashing check engine light
Call a tow or 911 first if
The car is in a traffic lane or on an active highway shoulder, it was in a collision, or you smell fuel. Once it's somewhere safe, we'll come to it.

Roadside questions
Do you come out in the middle of the night?
Yes. We answer around the clock, holidays included. Visits from 8 pm to 7 am and on holidays add $75, and we tell you on the phone first.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and what's ahead of us. We give you an honest time on the call.
I'm stopped on Highway 99. Can you come?
Not while you're on an active highway shoulder. It isn't safe to work there. Get a tow to the next exit or a lot, then call us.
What if it can't be fixed where it is?
We'll say so on the call when we can tell. If we find out on site, you only pay the diagnostic fee.
