No mystery charges
- We confirm the total before booking, including parts and any travel or parts-pickup charges.
- Diagnostic prices cover the agreed testing only. Testing beyond that needs your OK on the new total.
- Approve the repair after a diagnosis and the diagnostic fee comes off the bill.
Fine print
Brake pads, rotors, and batteries are extra. Battery labor applies to standard, easy-access installs. Other repairs are quoted by vehicle.
After-hours calls
8 pm to 7 am, and holidays: +$75
We answer 24/7. Visits that start in that window carry a flat $75 added to the diagnostic or repair. We'll always tell you on the phone before we head out.

Warranty
Repairs we stand behind
90 days or 3,000 miles on labor, whichever comes first. If our repair fails in that window, we come back and fix it at no labor charge. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
